Refund Policy

InsuranceGurukul.com is owned and operated by Invincible Education (OPC) Private Limited (InsuranceGurukul.com), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains when we refund a purchase made on the site.

Our refund rule

You can ask for a full refund within 3 days of purchase, only if you have answered fewer than 20 questions in what you bought. After 3 days, or once 20 or more questions have been answered, purchases are not refundable.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days of the purchase date.
  • You must have answered fewer than 20 questions in what you bought. We count the questions you answer after buying, in chapter practice and mock tests for the papers you bought. Free demo questions do not count, and for a bundle we count across all its papers.
  • This applies to everything sold on the site: single papers, bundles you build yourself, packs bought earlier, and any new product.
  • No refund is given after 3 days from purchase, or once 20 or more questions have been answered.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Because access is time-limited (a subscription for a fixed period), refunds are available only within the 3-day window, and the question limit, described above. After 3 days we do not pro-rate or refund the unused part of a subscription period. Refunds are made to your original payment method via Razorpay, normally within 5 to 7 working days.

How to Request a Refund

Email helpdesk@insurancegurukul.com with your registered email address and order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email). We will process your refund within 2 working days of receiving your request. If you like, tell us what did not work for you; that part is optional.

Payment Disputes

If you believe an incorrect charge has been made to your account, contact us immediately at helpdesk@insurancegurukul.com. We will investigate and resolve all payment disputes within 5 working days.
