1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on InsuranceGurukul.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform Use
InsuranceGurukul.com is an examination preparation platform for Insurance Institute of India (III) examinations. Access to purchased modules is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, distribute, or resell access to any module content.
3. Intellectual Property
All practice questions, explanations, analysis reports, and study content on InsuranceGurukul.com are independently created original works and constitute the intellectual property of InsuranceGurukul.com. This platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with the Insurance Institute of India. The Insurance Institute of India retains all copyright over its official study material, examination papers, and syllabi.
4. Access and Subscriptions
Module access is granted for the validity period selected at purchase. Access expires automatically on the expiry date. Expired modules remain visible in your dashboard with a renewal option. InsuranceGurukul.com reserves the right to disable access for accounts that violate these terms.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the final amount payable — there are no additional taxes or hidden charges. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details. On successful payment you will receive a payment receipt by email confirming your purchase and access period.
6. Refunds
A 7-day satisfaction refund window applies from the date of purchase. Refund requests received within 7 days of purchase will be honoured. After 7 days, access is non-refundable. To request a refund, contact helpdesk@insurancegurukul.com with your order details.
7. Disclaimer
InsuranceGurukul.com is a supplementary examination preparation tool — not a substitute for the official Insurance Institute of India prescribed study material. We do not guarantee examination success. Always refer to the official III study material as your primary source.
8. Limitation of Liability
InsuranceGurukul.com provides exam-preparation practice material on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep our questions accurate and aligned to the current syllabus, we do not guarantee any particular exam result, score, or outcome, and the material is intended to supplement — not replace — the official study material of the Insurance Institute of India. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsuranceGurukul.com and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data, or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the subscription giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
